Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced a leaking centerset kitchen sink faucet with a new customer-supplied centerset model (this included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones); and 2) replaced an American Standard toilet tank's deteriorated flush valve disk with a new American Standard Champion flapper.
